This incredible 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse is perfect for large groups of family and friends looking for a plenty of space and country views but close to everything Bath and the surrounding areas have to offer. Beautiful bedrooms, open and comfortable living spaces, two large open-plan kitchen, make this property the perfect destination for larger groups.  Coupled with a private garden, this house is fantastic for gatherings of family and friends.

 

The ground floor has a small kitchen with a very large living area with large, comfortable sofas, leading out to the garden.  The first floor has another kitchen and a dining table to seat 20 people.  There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on each floor.

Location

 

Just 5 minutes drive from the centre of town, this amazing property is perfectly placed for a quick stroll in the countryside or to enjoy the amazing array of shops and bars and restaurants that Bath has to offer. This safe and stunning location provides the perfect base to explore the historic City of Bath and the surrounding Cotswolds.

Bedrooms

There are 4 wonderful bedrooms.  On the first floor, there is 1 x zip and link superking with bunk bed, 1 x room with two zip and link superking (these can be set up as four singles).On the ground floor, the bedrooms have the same layout.  In total there are 16 single beds.  There are sofa beds in both reception rooms for up to 4 additional guests.   All of our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton and there is a dressing gown for every guest to use during their stay.

Bathrooms

 

There are two ensuite bathrooms and two gorgeous family bathrooms and an additional WC.  All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury Cowshed toiletries and products for use during your stay. 

​

 

Living Accommodation

 

The living accommodation is perfect for a group with a comfortable sofas in the living room (and additional pouffes) and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchens are open plan, equipped with a 20 seater oak dining table, two ovens, two hobs and all the necessary kitchen provisions. The layout makes it not just a great place to cook and eat, but also perfect for socialising, dinner parties and events. From the ground floor living room and kitchen you have access to the wonderful patio and lawn area with dining area.

Arrival & Departure:

 

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

​

To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

 

 

Parking:

 

There is allocated parking for up to 4 cars opposite the townhouse.  We can easily assist with mini bus taxis into the centre of Bath making it an easy but relaxing choice for a group gathering.
